I was an Apprentice on Season 7 of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, the No. 1 show in Late Night Television.
Filmed at the historic Ed Sullivan Theater on 53rd St and Broadway in New York City, the production of over 200 staff and crew is a microcosm of the entertainment industry. I was fortunate enough to work across the Digital, Graphics and Field departments for 12 months, gaining foundational production knowledge and working alongside some of the most talented and creative people I’ve ever met.
There may be days where the news is dark and the elements are many, but when the taping wraps every night, we can all collectively breathe that another show is in the books. It’s a reciprocal, emotional relationship.
